Leading Edge Telephony Services give you the ability to offer your customers access to reduced telephony rates from anywhere within Australia, with a choice of national, international and fixed to mobile services.
Your customers will be able to make long distance calls from their home and/or business fixed line phones, to anywhere in Australia and more than 230 overseas countries at significantly reduced rates. They will also be able to make fixed to mobile calls to any mobile on the 5 Australian mobile networks, including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Orange and 3.
These easy to implement services enable you to provide your customers with an alternative to their incumbent voice carrier for all but their line rental charges, local calls and special services such as directory assistance etc, which will remain the responsibility of Telstra or whoever provides their primary service.
Leading Edge Telephony Services provide you with access to an additional revenue stream and the ability to compete with some of the larger ISP's who are now offering bundled voice and data services.
Pre-selection or Override? You Choose
Unlike many other Wholesale ISP's, Leading Edge Internet are able to offer your customers access to telephony services through either the pre-selection of their fixed line service to Leading Edge or the use of an over-ride code, to route their national, international and fixed-to-mobile calls via our Voice Carrier Partner.
Mobile Phone Services
Leading Edge provide full mobile phone services via our BlackSIM network. BlackSIM offers LEI Members the ability to provide complete GSM mobile solutions to their customers, including GPRS data and SMS services, as standalone products. You can also package BlackSIM mobile services into existing products as part of a bundle.
Members will be able to move an existing mobile number to a SIM in their posession, or activate a new number from LEI's pool. Members can establish their own retail pricing, and call data and bill processing is managed via the iRUN system.
